You’ll Learn Faster

A recent study in the UK showed that 15 minutes of exercise improved math scores by ¼ of a grade. Improvements are increased with exercise right up to 60 minutes. That means learning can be boosted by a full grade.

Increase Creativity

Stress, fear, and anxiety, all decrease our ability to concentrate. Exercise improves learning, memory, and creativity.

Increase Your Ability To Think

Exercise increases blood flow to the brain. In one study, kids were given standing desks and test scores improved by as much as 20%. Scans of children who regularly exercised had larger regions in those areas that related to controlling their thoughts, impulse control, and attention span.
