Here’s The Blueprint For Building A Business That People Want To Work For

Simon Sinek, author and motivational speaker, explains why entrepreneurship is all about the “why.”

Entrepreneurs Dig In Deep To Find The “Why” In Their Job

  • All businesses know what they do, and many know how. But, not all why they do it. That’s the difference between working at a job and working at your passion. Not surprisingly, those entrepreneurs who develop a business based on their passion last longer.
  • Passion is often borne of suffering. As they’ve overcome a problem, they found a niche. Their very personality and values are infused within the business.
  • CEO’s must “preach the cause, not just sell the product.”
  • Leadership is a skill that requires a change in mindset and lifestyle. That’s different than entrepreneurship. The latter cannot necessarily be taught.
