Planning

Shoot
- Quote Approval – We will ask you a few questions, understand your needs, and send you a quote for signed approval.
- Schedule your Shoot – We will work together to set a date or dates the make booking your team a breeze with just one Email.
- Share Picture Day is Coming E-mail with your team – We have put together pro tips for preparing for picture day
Step 2
Day of the
Shoot
- Set-up 30 minutes before shoot time – We just need two tables, two chairs, and access to an electrical outlet.

We will coach each person to get the
best shot. - Photo Review and Selection – Each person will choose their images from a proof gallery sent to their mobile phone.
- Get Back to Work – The whole process takes about 10 minutes per subject.
Step 3
After the

Shoot
- Professional Retouching – Our In-House retoucher eliminates stray hairs, blemishes, etc, so everyone looks like the best version of themselves.
- Schedule your Shoot – We will work together to set a date or dates. Please book a conference room (we just need an 8’x10′ space).

shoots individually, and then, we’ll create a group shot by using Photoshop to
place your team altogether. Just like magic!

Great for new hires and those who missed picture day at your office! You receive volume rates for prepaid sessions. Team members can schedule their sessions online, and when the session is complete, the digital images are delivered and archived for easy retrieval.
