Step 1

Planning your company headshots Shoot

Quote Approval – We will ask you a few questions, understand your needs, and send you a quote for signed approval.
Schedule your Shoot – We will work together to set a date or dates. Please book a conference room (we just need an 8’x10′ space).
Share Picture Day is Coming E-mail with your team – We have put together pro tips for preparing for picture day.

Step 2

Day of the Shoot

Set-up 30 minutes before shoot time – We just need two tables, two chairs, and access to an electrical outlet.
Subjects Come in, Touch Up – We have a mirrored station for last-minute touch-ups.
We will coach each person to get the best shot.
Photo Review and Selection – Each subject will see a full-size image and we’ll help them select the best one.
Get Back to Work – The whole process takes about 10 minutes per subject.

Step 3

After the company headshots Shoot

Professional Retouching – Our In-House retoucher eliminates stray hairs, blemishes, etc, so everyone looks like the best version of themselves.
Digital Images Delivered – Your Digital files will be placed on cloud storage 7 working days after the shoot. You own all the rights, go crazy.

Great for new hires and those who missed picture day at your office! You receive volume rates for prepaid sessions. Team members can schedule their sessions online, and when the session is complete, the digital images are delivered and archived for easy retrieval.

We’ll bring the studio to you! We can use your office environment or set up a mini-studio for the best company headshots.. For your convenience, we’ll set up a preview station so each member of your team can select their favorite images before heading back to work.
